Indian and English artists fired up for the future

Staff and students from a North East university have extended their skills to the other side of the world, creating new opportunities for fellow artists in India.

The University of Sunderland has been working with the Sri Sivam Pottery in Pondicherry, South India for the last year. Sunderland staff and students are sharing their experiences and knowledge of ceramics so that the pottery can expand and develop its brand.
